She is an expert in using data to uncover meaningful patterns and compelling narratives. Jeanna is passionate about using her skill set to enable those with a heart for helping others. Jeanna is a mom and foster mom and enjoys reading, serving through her church and spending time with her family.

Yrma specializes in data and input. She is warm and approachable and does a fantastic job recruiting participants and collecting data both in person and remote. Yrma is bilingual and is an English to Spanish translator. She is hardworking, genuine and dependable. She enjoys hosting at her home, being with her family and helping people in her community.

Insights and Analytics

Andy has over 17 years of experience in advanced analytics and insights in the consulting and corporate spaces. He has led internal teams, external consultants and new-to-company initiatives, driving growth and impact. He has leadership experience with survey design & fielding, segmentation, concept testing and focus groups. Andy is involved in community outreach in the city of Waterbury, is an Elder at his church and is part of the Walnut Hill Community Church Finance Committee.
